24-hour quote response

Complete RFQs are reviewed fast so purchasing and engineering teams can keep projects moving.

No MOQ

Order one prototype, a cut-to-size blank, or a recurring production batch.

50+ engineering plastics

ABS, PC, nylon, acetal, PEEK, PTFE, PVC, HDPE, PP, acrylic, and specialty grades.

CNC machining

Milled and turned plastic parts for fixtures, guards, insulators, wear parts, and equipment builds.

Sheet cutting

Cut-to-size sheets, routed panels, laser-cut profiles, blanks, and production-ready material kits.

Custom fabrication

Bending, welding, finishing, inserts, polishing, labeling, assembly, and packed-to-order releases.

RFQ process

Built to reduce quote friction

The goal is not to make buyers fill out a perfect form. The goal is to get enough engineering context to quote accurately and flag avoidable problems early.

1

Send drawings or specs

Upload a drawing, STEP file, DXF, sample photo, or material list with quantity and delivery needs.

2

Review material and route

We confirm resin choice, tolerance risks, manufacturing method, finishing details, and packing requirements.

3

Receive a clear quote

You get pricing, lead time, assumptions, and options so the purchasing decision is easy to defend.

4

Approve production

Parts, blanks, or stock materials are produced, checked, packed, and prepared for shipment.

Request pricing and lead time

Share material, quantity, drawings, and end-use details. A complete RFQ usually gets reviewed within 24 hours.

Supplier clarity

Material, process, finish, and packing assumptions are written into the quote.

Drawing review

Our team checks tolerance, geometry, resin behavior, and production route before release.

RFQ-ready communication

Quote assumptions, material choices, lead time, and next steps are presented clearly for purchasing review.

Industrial scope

Materials and fabrication support for maintenance, OEM, and product development buyers.

FAQ

Common buyer questions

Short answers for sourcing, engineering, and maintenance teams planning a plastic material or custom part purchase.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Many cut-to-size, prototype, and custom machined orders have no MOQ. For molded or highly specialized production parts, the quote will show any practical quantity requirement.

How fast can you respond to an RFQ?

Complete RFQs are typically reviewed within 24 hours. Drawings, material, quantity, tolerance, finish, and use environment help us reply faster.

Can you help choose the plastic material?

Yes. Share temperature, load, chemicals, wear, electrical, food contact, color, and compliance needs, and we will recommend suitable options.

What file formats do you accept?

PDF, STEP, DXF, DWG, and common image files are accepted. For CNC machining, a 2D drawing plus a 3D model is the best quote package.

Do you supply both materials and finished parts?

Yes. We can supply stock plastic sheets, rods, and films, or turn those materials into machined, cut, bent, welded, finished, and assembled parts.
