Quotes, lead times, material availability, and manufacturing recommendations are subject to review of drawings, specifications, quantity, tolerance, finish, compliance needs, and production conditions.
Technical information
Material descriptions and application notes are general guidance. Buyers are responsible for testing and approving materials and parts for their final application, regulatory requirements, and operating environment.
Drawings and intellectual property
Drawings and project files submitted for RFQ review should be provided by authorized representatives. Submission does not transfer ownership of buyer drawings or proprietary project information.
Orders and production
Final order terms, tolerances, inspection requirements, packaging, shipping, payment, and cancellation terms should be confirmed in writing before production begins.
